Vans Vault Mountain Edition Mid Spring/Summer 10
Today we have a look on Vans Spring/Summer 2010 Vault Mountain Edition Mid. The release features three new Spring and Summer colorways, but like we all know, Vans knows not to over do it, so simplicity is at it’s finest.
The uppers of these kicks come mostly in suede, with a hint of perforated mesh in the collar area. The three colors feature an all black upper, with a gray inner lining, white tongue tag, white vans side tag, and white mid sole. The second pair comes in a maroon upper, pink in the inner lining, collar, tongue tag, and laces. the third and final pair comes in a tonal blue upper. All three kicks feature similarities, all using white tongue tags, white vans side panel tag, white stitching throughout the entire shoe, and white mid soles with their perspective pinstripe color. Once again, Vans brings out its best in remaking its own models featuring the Sk8 Hi in Animal Pack. One of these depicts a Cheetah-inspired pony hair blended with Brown suede while the other bears a zebra-themed upper mixed with Black suede. Both color-ups display the “Vans Off The Wall” tag on the tongue with the vintage vulcanized rubber sole and Brown outsole. Follow the jump for many more pics.

Once again Vans returns for Spring 2010 with a pack in collaboration with Tony Alva. The Alva Legends Pack presents a tweaked version of his original signature shoe, dubbed the Mid Skool 77 Pro, along with an Era Pro. Alva again taps into the theme of sustainability. Eco-friendly materials and construction include water-based adhesives and recycled gum rubber. The upper features premium suede, while the laces and linings are made from recycled PET, the material used in plastic bottles. The color palette is a sophisticated blend of utility base colors with subtle pop color detailing. This package brings elite style from a timeless skateboarder. More pics follow after the jump.

Luke Meier, one of Supreme´s designers composed this classy new Vans Syndicate. We have here a suede/leather mix in warm shades. Looks like it´ll drop in autumn 2010.

California’s favorite skate brand, Vans, recently partnered up with independent artist Parra to produce a limited version of the Era. The vulcanized lowtop draws inspiration from a number of sources, and features Parra’s cursive logo stitched into the tongue to go along with its white/orange/pink/robin’s egg blue color scheme. The term, “Don’t Forget to Skate in These!” is printed onto the model’s sockliner, a byword I wouldn’t mind being attached to all collaborative skate shoes. The Parra x Vans Era will hit retailers early this summer, so stay on the lookout.

Another banger comes from the Vans Vault Fall 2009 Collection – the Era Wingtip. The classic Vans Era comes with a Wingtip inspired upper and it fits perfectly. Two interesting looking Vans Sk8 Hi’s have been released. Coming in a black/white and pink/blue colorway, every inch of the sneaker features the checker pattern that the brand is so well known for. Even the laces come in matching checker pattern. These are now available at Deepinsideinc.

Vans is at it again with the legendary D.C. hc band, Bad Brains. For Fall 2009, Bad Brains gets the snowboard boot treatment. The snowboarding boot comes with Vans’ technical draw-pull system and full cinch liner. The Bad Brain logo is embossed prominently on the outer.
