Exclusive Preview Puma Breakpoint Collection
This is the PUMA Breakpoint Limited Edition Collection, featuring revamped versions of Puma’s Clyde and Stepper silhouettes. Back in their heyday, the Clyde and Stepper were revolutionary style icons. The Clyde, for instance, was worn by 70’s basketball hero Walt Clyde Frazier and is sought after, to this day, by collectors. These silhouettes eventually became the base of many other PUMA models and benchmarks for style.
The Breakpoint Collection is this season’s wildcard, transforming the Clyde and Stepper with the traditional Wimbledon colors of royal purple and emerald green. Playing off the design details from the PUMA Undefeated collection, these shoes incorporate similar suede à la perforation blends. The perforation design sits in smart white leather and presents a throwback to traditional tennis attire, while two lacing options provide the finishing touch.
The Breakpoint Collection will be available at Vagant. The Stepper will come late April and the Clyde late March.

The designer kept the middle panel and toe box black to create a stark contrast with the colorful graphics. Diversitile created psychedelic imagery including bright white bulbs, blue leaves and red strands intertwined into a wild dreamscape. The absence of color on great portions of the DreamScape Nike Dunks is an ingenuous method of simulating the two states of the human mind at sleep. The dark chasms and bright islands on these Dunks show that the mind changes from second to second once your eyes close.
My favorite part of the DreamScape Dunks is the fade effect used on the Nike swoosh. The swoosh starts out white at the front but evolves into a black line by the time it leaves the middle panel. Instead of resorting to cartoonish and exaggerated images from the dreamscape, Diversitile shows us nuances of dreaming that have been left untouched in the world of sneaker art to this point.

The varsity jacket is definitely one of our favorite pieces in the wardrobe and especially in recent months we have seen some great alterations of the classic, especially out of Japan. Here is another one, coming from Journal Standard.
Their new hooded varsity jacket comes with a premium wool body, leather sleeves and further leather accents on the pockets. The added hood is not only functional, but also looks really good and they even added some characteristics of the classic duffle coat. Works for us!

This is the Reebok Freestyle HI Geo Floral in white/red, it is definitely hot and comes with a lot of nice features as you can see in the picture. My favorites are the patent leather parts on the knockle and the leopard styled laces! This shoe will be available at Vagant in the second quarter of 2009.

This is the Reebok Pro Legacy Mid. It comes in two colorways, grey/neon coral and white/teal energy. The shoes have pretty confusing patterns on the side and nice strong colors for the stripes. They are expected to drop in the second quarter of 2009. The Reebok Pro Legacy Mid will be available at Vagant.

There is a watch club many of us don’t know about. Informal or not, the million dollar watch club boasts esteemed watch companies who have offered watches with prices of one million dollars or more. For a watch to reach such high value, an extremely decadent portion of precious jewels must be placed on most every millimeter of surface area on the face and case.
The newest member of the million dollar watch club is the Hublot Black Caviar Bang. Coming from the Big Bang line with all its derivatives, the Black Caviar Bang has an 18k white gold case and clasp that feature hundreds of precision cut black diamonds, for a total of 34.5 total carats. This includes 322 diamonds on the case, 179 on the bezel, and another 30 on the clasp at the end of the rubber strap. Black diamonds are exceedingly rare, and are attributed for most of the Black Caviar Bang’s million dollar value.
Inside the watch is Hublot’s specially manufactured manually wound HUB Solo T tourbillon movement. A beautifully designed face opens with a view on the one minute tourbillon, and diamonds are patterned into the face as the power reserve indicator. The design of the face is attractive and functional, but doesn’t try very hard to be practical. With an impressive array of square cut black diamonds, the Hublot Black Caviar Bang register’s high on the glitz scale as well as the exclusivity meter with a limited edition of only one piece.

Japanese footwear brand UBIQ present new colorways in their popular eL model. The double-loop sneakers feature a full grain leather perforated upper with the trademark straps receiving studs and a contrast leather treatment. All three models are now available via atmos.

of the models were hand sculpted from wood and are numbered.

What we’ve got here for you is the Adidas TS Lightning Creator. The black/white/red is the Tracy McGrady model, it comes with some little changes on the design. As you can see the three stripes are placed on the heel and it has his signature on the side. The same changes for the black/gold/gold Gilbert Arenas Low model.
They’ll be available at Vagant within the next weeks. The Adidas TS Bounce Comander also will be.
